Once you look at enough AI-generated resumes and cover letters though, you start to see the lifeless cadence and too-well articulated acuteness that AI generates.

What Happens When You Use AI:

• Loss of Personal Touch: Your unique qualifications risk being obscured amidst similarly worded applications from other applicants. Without an authentic voice,  you risk your application being indistinguishable from countless others in the talent pool.
